Our Story
While vacationing in Key West, Florida, we missed our Greyhound, Sandy…so much that we spent an afternoon trying to find her a souvenir. After we did, we then shopped for her pet sitter as a thank you for watching our girl. We didn’t know it at the time, but that was the moment the idea behind Don’t 4 Get About Me was born.
Don’t 4 Get About Me was incorporated in 2011 and opened the doors to its first retail store in the historic tourism town of Galena, Illinois. Galena was a great start to see if the Don’t 4 Get About Me concept worked and it did. In 2014, the store was moved to a larger location at the Branson Landing in Branson, Missouri. We love visiting with locals and tourists and hearing stories about their furry family.
Whether they have fur, feathers, or scales, it’s their unconditional love that make pets part of our family. We take pride in providing quality products, USA made treats, and exceptional customer service in a fun and inviting atmosphere.
